This year has been very productive for Raumskaya
Once known as 'juke boy from St.Petersburg' he`s been busy eliminating genre borders in his creative process and producing some of the most remarkable blends that electronic music has to offer. His recent output has been anything but boring: his full length out on Hyperboloid Records is a big room euphoric hardcore, bass and techno statement, his releases with OMMA and Jekka are out on Powerhouse imprint and represent his collaboration skills between the experimental electronica and pop. He`s also produced music score for ballet and theatre, 'Sea' is out on Terminal Dream, remixes for fellow producers and so much more.
'Black Nine' is a transition project created by Raumskaya in 2016 and represents his shift from the joyful 160 bass tracks slowing down to intense emotional vocal garage and moving forward to more experimental and abstract territories.
If you had to arrange Raumskaya's releases like Star Wars movies, this LP would fit nicely after his Snapshot EP and before Core LP both out on Hyperboloid Records. Now you know the whole story.
